How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of confirmation. Inside Dhaka, express delivery reaches you within 12–24 hours and regular delivery in 2–3 working days. Outside Dhaka it takes 3–7 working days.
Can I pay after I receive the order?
Yes. Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. No advance payment is needed.
Can I return or exchange a product?
You can request a return or exchange within 3 working days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and still has its original packaging, tags and invoice. If a product arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, tell us within 24 hours with a clear photo or video and we will replace it free of charge.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We sell only our own imported stock and carefully selected collections sourced from verified international suppliers, so we can stand behind the quality of every item.
