Delivery charge

• Inside Dhaka: Tk 60
• Outside Dhaka (anywhere in the country): Tk 120

Some bundles and offers carry a different or free delivery charge — the final amount is always shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

How long it takes

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Payment

Every order is cash on delivery. No advance payment is needed. You receive the parcel, open it, check the item, and pay the delivery person once you are satisfied.

Please remember

• Give a complete address and a phone number you can answer
• Try to take the courier's call — they ring before delivering
• Check the outside of the parcel before you open it
